G'day folks i am looking for a after market stock for my remington sps tactical and would like to see a few pics of different stocks on this rife. If your a ausie take a look at wild dog stocks.

Tactical Stocks

The Wilddog stocks are excellent. The fit and feel of them is excellent, they require no inletting, and are super stiff. Wild Dog stocks are very good, no question about that, They have improved out of sight compared to the crap they were producing a few years back.

The Wild Dog ones are already pillar bedded and have a slight recess around the pillar to allow for bedding material to be inlaid without drilling holes or sculpting out material so the bedding dont peel off! Bollinger bands aex have a mcMillan A-3 on my LTR at the moment, after about 12 month of having the Wild Dog stock on there.

I still prefer the feel of the Wilddog's texturing remington 700 aftermarket tactical stocks palmswell. If I was not trying to promote McMillans gear in Australia commercial agreementI'd happily go back to the Wilddog! Thier tactical stuff is made with a higher proportion of carbon fibre, so they are even stiffer than the "Varmint" ones I have been using, but I cant get these to flex anywhere near as much as the McMillan does. Steve, the fella who makes the moulds is very good at making these stocks "fit" just right.

A full drop in and tighten up is what these stocks are capable of, I even got a custom channel cut for a rifle I had and the channel came back within.

Thier gear is good to go. Not sure who the stateside distributor is I snagged a mcmillan A3 for my sps, and it ran me after shipping, i didnt get adjustable comb or length of pull, threw on a tac ops cheek pack for the cheek weld and now its perfect. This is a Remington SPS Varmint in.
